on the road again.....

Well we have now paid all the air fares annd wiull be on the way soon. Have been in touch with my old friend Maria and she is really excited about us meeting up after 50 years.......will need lots of red wine to keep our tongues going and lots of tea to recover.

Breaking news......We have booked out flights to u.k. leaving Melbourne 18th December and arriving Birmingham 19th December at 11.40am. coming back to Oz in mid January. We will pack our long johns and winter woolies I have a feeling wwe will need them

the olds

Another busy weekend, Saturday saw us at the Altorc Annual Dinner Dad was happy to catch up with all of his old cronies and of course I enjoyed the company and the food and drink, Sunday saw us at Monash Uni Theatre for a concert with Fraser and the Australian Childrens Choir, very good its amazing thhat they can get such young children to sing so well.

We watched the Royle Family today, it would not load on the DVD so we had to watch it on the computer, sad but funny. Recovering from Dads party so any easy day is scheduled....

dada birthday

what a busy day,we had a houseful and plenty of food. the children grerat and small all behaved themselves and aa good time was had by all. The Birthday boy was exhausted and went to bed at 7.30 and went staight to sleep, bet parents of smaller children wished theere birthday kids would do the same. Dad said thanks to everyone for all the great gifts and wishes and cards he had.
